The standard agency model has a structural problem: retainers reward presence, not performance. The senior person who sells you the service rarely does the work. Account managers rotate every year. Nobody is financially motivated to care whether your revenue actually grows.

Some of it is measurable: ROAS improvements, CPA reductions, attribution systems rebuilt from scratch. Some of it is harder to quantify, like understanding why a market in the Gulf responds differently to creative than one in North America, or why the same offer that worked at $5K spend stops working at $50K.

We've also made mistakes, campaigns that didn't work, scaling calls we got wrong, clients who grew and clients who didn't.
